In this circuit a PLC system is used by which motor should be controlled automatically.In this circuit we can run and stop the motor automatically and this circuit also provides all the protections to the motor automatically.
Explanation
In this circuit all devices can be controlled automatically which are installed in the circuit.In this control circuit the normally opened contacts give the signal to the input of the PLC and the plc operates and starts working.If any abnormal condition happened the motor starts taking too much power according to it's rating,then the over load relays sends a signal to the PLC and it operates and close the circuit automatically.By using this circuit all the devices which are used in it remains safe.
