Introduction
A short circuit always happens
in electrical and electronics circuits only. It happens in any abnormal
conditions when high number of current passes through the circuit according to
its normal amount. Then the temperature of the equipment’s and components
installed in the circuit raises and then starts burning and then the whole
circuit starts burning and the whole circuit destroys.
Definition
A short Circuit is a loose
connection between two points that’s why a flash produces between two terminals
and the components installed in the circuit starts taking too much current and
the temperature of the circuit starts raising and as a result the insulation of
two conductors melt and the conductors joins to each other and as a result
short circuit happens in a form of fire.
Protection
To provide protection against
short circuit to avoid short circuit we should also make circuits, wiring of motors.
Making instruments etc. with a standard defined by the institutions of
electrical or other. A short circuit always happens on that place where the
standards are ignored. To avoid from short circuit we also need to install high
standard circuit breakers, fuses and other protection instruments in our
industries, home, offices and that places where the use of electricity is
common.
