Basic Principles of Motor Control

The motor have many methods to control.A motor control means toggle switches over load relays which controls the motor and switch the motor on or off.Usually there are different types of motor and be controlled by using various sensing devices and measuring as well as protection devices.

Installation

Before the installation of motors and controlling devices to the circuit many factors are discussed.When the circuit is installed and a circuit contains relevant things or devices to eachother.Some machines have their own control systems inatalled in it and controlled equipments or devices mounted in the motor.Some machines have their separate controllersbecause they have complex functions and features.

Power

some motors take low power because these motors are operated on single supply and at industrial level the motors take high powers.These are operated on  three phase supply or dc supply.

Controllers

the type of motor controllers are relevant to the motor rating because some motors are operated on small controllers and some are operated on medium and complex controllers.
